The Program Manager reports directly to the Program Director. This position is based in Glassboro, NJ and oversees our group home.

Salary : $56,000-$65,000

What Devereux Looks for in YOU :

Plans and implements the occupational, recreational, social and other developmental plans designed for each individual in their care.

Responsible for ensuring the internal and external facilities of the program are maintained in a way to present Devereux as a good neighbor and welcomed member of the community.

Responsible for all the staff within their assigned program(s) inclusive of the hiring, performance management, attendance management, payroll accuracy and training compliance of each team member.

Ensure all shifts within the program are adequately covered.

Supervise the planning, implementation, and documentation of programs designed to meet the social, emotional, physical, and personal needs of our individuals.

Plan and participate in group outings for our individuals.

Manage the shopping for the home’s necessities, such as food, clothing, and household items.

Schedule and transport our individuals to doctor’s appointments, shopping trips, and day programs / schools.

Qualifications :

The Ideal Candidate Will Have :

High School Diploma required, Bachelor's in a related field preferred.

One year of supervisory experience in a child behavioral health care agency.

Two years experience working with individuals with disabilities in a community setting preferred.

Excellent organizational, oral and written communication skills.

Consistently meets deadlines, ability to prioritize, multi-task and flexibility.

Willingness to be on-call.

Previous experience and knowledge of monitoring and managing fiscal responsibilities of a group home or residential setting.

Experience with DDD licensing site visits preferred.
