As a Marketing & Client Liaison for the state of Nebraska , you will play a crucial role in building and maintaining strong relationships with medical professionals, particularly doctors who diagnose autism across a multi-state territory.

Your primary responsibility will be to connect with physicians, educate them about our services, and facilitate patient referrals to Golden Steps ABA.

You will serve as a bridge between the medical community and our organization, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.

A day in the life :

Physician Relationship Building :

  • Establish and nurture professional relationships with physicians, pediatricians, neurologists, and other relevant healthcare providers.
  • Attend medical conferences, seminars, and networking events to connect with doctors and stay informed about industry trends.
  • Arrange virtual and in-person meetings with physicians to discuss our services, treatment options, and patient care pathways.
  • Hosting parent and / or provider tours of our clinics
  • Hosting educational, or networking, events in our service areas of Nebraska (both for families or providers).
  • Attending conferences, walks, events to be the "face of Golden Steps" in Omaha and Lincoln areas.

Education and Awareness :

  • Educate physicians about the benefits of ABA therapy for individuals with autism.
  • Provide information on our programs, treatment modalities, and evidence-based practices.
  • Address any questions or concerns raised by physicians regarding our services.

Referral Management :

  • Collaborate with physicians to identify potential patients who could benefit from ABA therapy.
  • Facilitate patient referrals by ensuring timely communication and necessary documentation.
  • Maintain accurate records of referrals and follow-up activities.

Marketing and Outreach :

  • Help develop marketing materials (brochures, presentations, etc.) to share with physicians.
  • Organize workshops, webinars, or lunch-and-learn sessions for physicians to enhance their understanding of ABA therapy.
  • Promote our services through targeted outreach efforts.

Feedback and Improvement :

  • Gather feedback from physicians regarding their experiences with our services.
  • Use feedback to improve our processes, address any concerns, and enhance collaboration.
  • Act as a liaison between physicians and our clinical team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Compliance and Ethics :

  • Adhere to ethical guidelines and maintain confidentiality when handling patient information.
  • Comply with all legal and regulatory requirements related to healthcare interactions.
  • Other tasks as assigned.

What you’ll bring :

Strong Communication Skills :

  • Need to be able to articulate ideas clearly, actively listen, and adapt communication style to different audiences.
  • Empathy and Relationship-Building :
  • Ability to establish trust and rapport with medical professionals through empathy, active listening, and the ability to connect on a personal level.
  • Sales Experience (Preferred, but Not Required) :
  • Candidates with 1-2 years of field-based sales experience will excel in this role.

Adaptability and Flexibility :

This role involves in-state travel, meeting different physicians, and handling diverse situations.

Organizational Skills :

Must be able to manage referrals, follow-ups, and documentation. Must be able to stay organized, prioritize tasks, and maintain accurate records.

Digital Proficiency :

Proficiency in using digital tools for virtual meetings (such as video conferencing platforms) and cell phone apps that support our processes.
