Description

Essential Duties and Responsibilities :
- Operate track hoe to effectively complete all jobs assigned within designated time limits
- Prepare daily electronic time card for the project with multiple tasks, machines, and employees, including itemizing for proper billing
- Identify hazards associated with task assignments and ask questions when clarification is needed
- Maintain clean and safe work areas (sweep debris, gather and discard trash, remove snow and ice)
- Direct laborers and other employees to complete the job within the specified time limit
- Understand OSHA guidelines and procedures, as well as lockout / tag-out procedures
- Comply with all safety policies, practices, and procedures. Report all safe activities to immediate supervisor and safety managers.
Qualifications :
- Minimum of 2-year experience operating a track hoe
- Basement digging experience preferred
- Hardworking
- Dependable
- Must be able to show proof of age over 18 as well as prove identity and right to work in the US
- Must be able to successfully pass drug screening
- Must be able to lift, carry and transfer 50 pounds or more continuously
