About Ellie Mental Health
Ellie Mental Health was founded in 2015 by Erin Pash, LMFT and Kyle Keller, LICSW when they opened the first Ellie clinic in Minneapolis.
Since then, the Ellie Fam has continued to grow with multiple clinics in Minnesota and a growing number of locally owned and operated franchises across the country.
Ellie was proudly founded by clinicians on the principle of destigmatizing mental health. The mental health industry is full of barriers, and we have made it our goal to fill the gap and find innovative ways to break down these barriers for our local communities we serve.

As the Assistant Clinical Operations Director for Ellie Mental Health clinic in Concord, MO you'll share our vision for improving and expanding access to quality mental health care and thrive in an environment driven by our core values of authenticity, humor, compassion, creativity, acceptance, and determination.
This role is leadership based and reports dually to the Clinical Director and Franchise Owner.
The Assistant Clinical Operations Director is responsible for supporting the Clinical Director in the oversight of performance and operations of the clinics.
This position supports the Clinical Director and clinic staff by assisting with staffing needs, providing resource support, and performing administrative oversight.
Responsibilities include :
- Supervising other mental health counselors.
- Evaluate mental health diagnoses, create, implement, and maintain treatment plans and complete ongoing documentation including further diagnosis, treatment plan reviews, and case notes according to company policy.
- For Full-Time status, must maintain an agreed upon caseload (minimum of 20 client visits per week)
- Provide excellent customer service for clients and collaborate with a dynamic team to further the mission of filling gaps in your community.
- Utilize creativity in interventions to help clients achieve and exceed goals.
- Prepare and submit individual documentation for each session per company guidelines and protocol.
- Coordinate services with case managers, families, work personnel, medical personnel, other Ellie staff, and school staff as needed.
- Supporting the Clinic Director in the oversight of performance and operations of the clinic. This position supports the Clinic Director and clinic staff;
assist with staffing needs; provide resource support and administrative oversight, while maintaining an active caseload of clients.
Attend and participate in all clinical staff meetings and trainings.
Required Qualifications and Skills :
- LPC in Missouri
- Missouri Board Approved Counseling Supervision Licensure
- Experience with completing diagnostic assessments, treatment plans and clinical case notes.
- Ideal candidates will have a general knowledge of therapy services, community resources, insurance billing, and previous experience with mental health documentation.
- Passion for topics such as, but not limited to : eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR) (DBT), (CBT), BIPOC population, humanistic therapy, gender identity and sexual orientation, play therapy, art therapy, PTSD, couples therapy.
- Ability to complete and submit documentation of services and other documents in a timely manner.
- Ability to demonstrate and model stable, appropriate boundaries with clients.
- Strong working knowledge of MO state requirements regulating mental health practice.
- Excellent communication skills, interpersonal and customer service skills, organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to function well in a high-paced changing environment while managed multiple priorities.
Business acumen (preferred).
Proficient in the use of Office 365 and EHR systems
