Regal Behavior Solutions is an ABA (applied behavior analysis) agency. We provide behavior therapy to individuals age 3 to adulthood who are diagnosed with autism or other diagnoses.
Teaching them new skills and behaviors and help reduce maladaptive behaviors.

Key Responsibilities :
- Ensure integrity of clinical services delivered by Regal Behavior Solutions
- Mentor and develop clinical staff, fostering a culture of continuous learning
- Oversee clinical programming to ensure it meets the standards of the field of Applied Behavior Analysis
- Ensure adherence by staff and treatment methods to the ethical code laid out by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board
- Stay abreast of current best practices and ensure the agency is using up to date intervention strategies
- Ensure clinical documentation meets legal and contractual obligations
- Develop and oversee the fieldwork supervision arm of the agency
- Network and make connections with clinicians and industry leaders to further the mission and goals of the Agency
Qualifications :
- Master's degree or Ph.D. in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or related field
- Current BCBA certification
- Minimum of 4 years of clinical experience in ABA, with at least 2 years in a management role
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Proven track record in clinical leadership and program management
- Proficiency in ABA-specific software, billing codes, and data collection systems
- Licensed in the state of Missouri
