Support Infrastructure Engineer

A company is looking for a Support Infrastructure Engineer III.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the design and deployment of DDI solutions, managing Infoblox appliances for enterprise network infrastructure

Act as a top-level escalation point for complex DDI issues and perform in-depth root cause analysis

Develop and implement automation scripts using tools like Python or Ansible to streamline DDI processes

Required Qualifications

In-depth knowledge of DNS, DHCP, IPAM, and the Infoblox NIOS platform

Relevant Infoblox certifications are often required or preferred

Strong understanding of networking protocols including TCP / IP, BGP, and VLANs

Proficiency with scripting languages like Python for automation solutions

Several years of hands-on experience in a DDI-focused network engineering or infrastructure role
