Staff Accountant

$65,000 / yr.-$70,000 / yr. + 10-15% B (Performance based)

Job Summary - Vaco is currently working with a Pharma Company and they have an opening for a Staff Accountant to handle s upports all financial activities.

The company is offering work from home options and healthy benefits.

Job Duties :

• Accounting / Bookkeeping financial functions such as billing, accounts payable, and accounts receivable
• Responsible for general ledger and financial reports
• Preparation and analysis of budgets, expenses, revenues, and sales.
• Perform general and cash account reconciliations.
• Journal entries and bank reconciliation
• Work with Oracle NetSuite, VersaPay, and Wells Fargo CEO to perform periodic and exceptional accounting processes
• Perform components of the month-end close process

Education / Background : ???????

• Accounting Degree or Bachelor's Degree in Accounting
• CPA or CMA preferred
• 2+ years of accounting experience
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills,
• Detail-oriented financial and other record bookkeeping.
• Experience with an accounting software is a must
• Experience with MS Excel is a must
