Key Responsibilities :
- Lead month-end and year-end close processes
- Manage general ledger operations, focusing on Assets and Complex Accounts
- Oversee inventory accounting and analysis
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure GAAP compliance
- Partner with finance leadership to streamline processes
- Manage external audits and internal controls
- Mentor and develop accounting staff
- Implement process improvements and automation initiatives

Requirements :
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA preferred
- 5+ years accounting experience; Big 4 background a plus
- Inventory accounting expertise
- Experience with multiple global legal entities
