Maine Pointe Lending, a division of Madison Mortgage Services Inc. in Falmouth, ME is seeking a dedicated sales-focused Loan Officer Assistant to join our team.

Compensation :
$55,000 - $70,000 annually
Responsibilities :
- Assist loan officers with preparing and organizing loan application documents.
- Participate in sales-related activities - including interacting with our real estate agent partners and attending events and trainings.
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for loan officers.
- Communicate with clients to gather necessary information for loan applications.
- Conduct initial screening of loan applicants to ensure they meet basic requirements.
- Work closely with our operations team.
Qualifications :
- 2-5 years of previous experience as a Loan Officer or Loan Officer Assistant.
- MUST be able to work in our Falmouth office - this is NOT a remote position.
- Microsoft Office skills.
- MLO license in the state of ME and surrounding states is preferred but not required.
- Travel availability.
