Key ResponsibilitiesBuild and maintain relationships with key customer stakeholders to ensure successful solution deliveryLead strategic execution of customer programs and manage stakeholder expectations to achieve agreed-upon outcomesIdentify opportunities for growth and optimize usage of IntelePeer offerings to drive customer successRequired QualificationsBachelor's Degree in Business, Sociology, Psychology, Computer Science, or related field4+ years of experience in customer success, solution delivery, or customer-facing consultingExperience with AI platforms and IVA delivery5+ years of relevant work experience within the customer industry is preferredProject Management certification is preferred
