Project Description : The Miami-Dade County Department of Transportation and Public Works has awarded our team the contract to provide Construction Engineering and Inspection services for the new South-Dade Bus Maintenance Facility located on a 20-acre site located at SW 127 Ave and Biscayne Drive.
The Project will include a two-story maintenance and operations facility with approximately 54k s.f. for maintenance parts storage and approximately 27k s.
f. for dispatch, driver, and training areas. Bus parking deck will house approximately 100 articulated Battery Electric Buses.
Supporting document control efforts, room coordination, and other electronic systems as determined by project.
Providing administrative support to the project team.
Preparing reports, compiling data, and creating spreadsheets comparing and analyzing data of a somewhat complex nature.
Maintaining files and tracking submittals.
Tracking quantities and processing progress estimates to the Contractor
Maintaining vehicle accident files
Field office operation tasks
Supporting management
Performing additional duties as assigned.
