Job Summary : The Ship Complete Specialist is responsible for order consolidation for mainly, but not limited to, international customers.
This position includes the gathering of all products, packaging, palletizing, and shipping of the order. We are Boaters serving Boaters with a mission of Know More, Get More, Boat More! Our Customers come to us to fulfill a need, complete a project on their boat, or gather items for a great day on the water;
you guide your team to ensure Customers leave with the right products to make that happen. Each interaction with a West Marine Customer is an opportunity for you to exceed their expectations and ensure they remain a loyal Customer.

- Locate product on orders sent from West Marine Pro reps and call center associates (Distribution centers, stores, and vendors)
- Place purchase orders and transfers
- Communicate with order takers on turn-around time for orders
- Packaging and palletizing orders
- Hazard Materials packaging and shipping
- Gathering all documentation for shipments (Including IMDG, MSDS and SLI)
- Communicate with vendors on out-of-stock inventory
- Other projects as assigned Minimum Training and Experience
- Good communication skills Education and Experience :
- High school diploma or equivalent. Physical Requirements :
- Prolonged periods of standing and walking
- Must be able to bend, stoop and crawl.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
