job summary : Responsibilities :
Responsibilities :
Utilizes securities related regulatory precepts and practices to review, analyze, and address escalated operational and service complaints from multiple Investment Management sources, including Adivosr Branches and clients.
Under general supervision, coordinates with Investment Management contacts to develop, negotiate, and deliver verbal and written resolution to clients including regular direct phone communications and written ad hoc correspondence.
Manage, organize, and prioritize work pipeline and deliver work output within service level agreements, production standards, and quality expectations.
Demonstrate high ethical standards and commitment to a positive customer experience. Learn from peers / partners and share knowledge, tactics, and solutions that leverage best practices and support efficiency.

- This is a production role
- Once training is over in a month they will be working and researching security related complaints
- This is a client facing role, writing letters and having phone conversations with our clients
Qualifications :
- Series 7 required MUST BE ACTIVE (or within 2 year window so it may be re-activated quickly)
- Must have at least 1 year of securities experience
- Brokerage operations experience
- Customer service experience
- Microsoft Products
- Excellent verbal / written communication Skills
