We are looking for an energetic driven anddetailoriented Remote Travel coordinator. Our Travel Coordinatorsplay a key role in our travel team building itineraries craftingemails performing hotel rate checks arranging concierge servicescorresponding with suppliers and building relationships with ourtrusted supplier network and clientele.
To be a successful travelcoordinator you should have a passion for travel and a desire toinspire others to make their travel dreams come true.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Support in writing emails toclients
Research destination culinary andactivity recommendations
Correspond with suppliers tocoordinate curated travelarrangements
Create and keep client traveldocuments and invoices updated
Completes travel arrangements forclients with air hotel car and other ground transportation vendorsat the lowest possible fares.
Utilizes preferred vendors tominimize expense
Participates fully as ateam member to assist as needed in completing all functions relatedto servicing the travel needs of the staff includingticket / itinerary processing clerical functions travel creditsetc.
KNOWLEDGE SKILLS& QUALIFICATIONS
Degree in Marketing Hospitality Travel& Tourism or Business aplus
Related travel experience and industryknowledge is essential
A passion fortravel
Highly organized with a strongattention to detail
Selfdriven in an autonomous remoteenvironment
Ability to set goals and developachievable timelines to hit them
Ability to speak multiple languageswill be highly regarded
