Senior Product Marketing Manager

Job Overview
As a Sr. Product Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for driving the growth and success of our aesthetic energy-based device products.
You will develop and implement marketing strategies, create sales enablement tools, and manage the product life cycle to achieve corporate goals.
This role is ideal for a highly skilled and experienced professional with a passion for the aesthetic industry
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage key product lines to drive revenue growth.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for effective product execution.
- Conduct market research and analysis to inform product strategy.
- Manage the product life cycle to maximize performance and customer satisfaction.
- Lead new product launches with comprehensive go-to-market plans.
- Engage with Key Opinion Leaders to enhance product offerings and drive adoption.
- Provide training and support for sales teams.
- Develop compelling messaging and content to differentiate products.
- Collaborate with marketing communications team.
- Write white papers.
- Travel approximately 25% of the time.
Essential Requirements
- 3-5 years of product marketing experience, including new product launches in laser and pulsed light.
- Understanding of the medical device industry.
- Proficiency with presentations, Adobe, Excel, and project management tools.
- Strong strategic thinking, analytical skills, and project management.
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills.
- Ability to master scientific and technical content.
- Ability to work independently under tight deadlines.
- Leadership and teamwork skills.
- Can-do attitude and strong work ethic.
- Bachelor's degree.
