Organizational Summary
The Muma College of Business hosts undergraduate, master’s and doctoral programs for more than 8,700 students on all three USF campuses. The AACSB‑accredited college is home to the Lynn Pippenger School of Accountancy, Kate Tiedemann School of Business and Finance, The Baldwin Group School of Risk Management and Insurance, School of Information Systems and Management, School of Marketing and Innovation, School of Hospitality and Tourism Management, as well as several centers, institutes and labs.
Position Summary
The Communications and Marketing Officer (Digital) plans, executes and evaluates cross‑media marketing and communications campaigns to recruit students for graduate, certificate, executive and other educational programs. They promote events and build the reputation of the Muma College of Business. The digital marketing officer manages social and other advertising campaigns that integrate with marketing automation, web and email strategies to achieve college, center and program objectives and evaluate campaign effectiveness.

Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications : A bachelor’s degree in communication, marketing, public relations, technical writing, digital media, or a related field, with two years of experience in related positions.
Preferred Qualifications : A bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field with at least two years of significant experience working as a digital media buyer specializing in inbound marketing tactics. Google AdWords and Bing Ads certifications, experience with a marketing automation tool (such as HubSpot, Marketo, etc.), and strong advertising copywriting skills.
