JOB DESCRIPTION
Tech Electronics is looking to hire a Field Service Supervisor . The primary function of the Field Service Supervisor is to manage a small team of Fire Alarm Technicians and Inspectors while also being able to assist either the technicians or inspectors .
This is a hybrid position with both office and field activities.
ESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Engage , educate , and ensure team members education and certification to meet Tech Electronics needs
- Successfully drive Service T&M, Contracts and Repair
- Manage small repair quotes
- Promote a positive culture to achieve quality goals
- Achieve profitable business results
- E ngage internal and external customers with positive results
- Ensures tools and vehicle fleet readiness for the team
- Ensure Health and Safety of team members through education and audits
- Select , Hire, Train , and develop new employees
- Provide other activities as assigned by the Director
Basic Qualifications :
- High school diploma or state-recognized GED
- 3 + years of experience with excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
- 3+ years of Fire Alarm and Building Technology experience
- Fire Alarm NICET II or above
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and business software systems
- Good verbal and written communication skills in English
- Legally authorized to work in the United States on a continual and permanent basis without company sponsorship
Preferred Qualifications :
- Associate degree or greater
- 1 or more years of supervising employees
- Ability to read and understand customer service contracts
