Job Description
The Outdoor Dining Supervisor will be responsible for working the outdoor dining area in a supervisory capacity as well as be cross-utilized in other food and beverage outlets as necessary.
Responsible for training and motivating staff to ensure the highest standard of service and presentation; filling in whenever needed as well to ensure the utmost in guest service while caring enough to do it well by adhering to Forbes standards.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Minimum of 18 years of age to service alcoholic beverages.
- Minimum of 2-year(s) experience as a Restaurant Supervisor or Manager.
- Food handling certificate.
- Ability to satisfactory communicate in English with guests, management and co-workers to their understanding.
- Ability to provide legible communication.
- Ability to compute basic mathematical calculations.
