Pay Range : $84 - $88 / hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

Key Responsibilities :

• Support marketing campaign experience design deliverables, program management and execution.
• Help manage team member deliverables, including documentation, experience maps, testing and measurement plans, and project dependencies / prerequisites,
• Apply strong risk management practices to ensure compliant use of data and content across client facing marketing campaigns and targeting strategies.
• Oversee prioritization of marketing analytics and reporting requests.
• Manage personalized experience backlog in partnership with martech platform partners.
• Help identify new strategic opportunities and growth areas for personalized marketing interactions and journeys
• Help build and maintain reporting capabilities to establish and track KPIs and communicate the value of personalization strategies to and tactics to LOBs and senior management.

Key Requirements and Technology Experience :

• Key Skills : Credit card ,Marketing and communication ,Retail banking
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Business Administration or related field, or equivalent education and related training
• Five years of experience in consumer marketing
• Strong project management and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and influencing skills.
• Ability to efficiently plan and manage numerous marketing projects and tasks simultaneously.
• Strong relationship management capabilities
• Demonstrated ability to coordinate and lead a across a highly matrixed organization.
• Highly proficient in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Fundamental understanding of Retail Banking marketing, products, and distribution channels.
• Experience with Workfront Project Management tool.
• Demonstrated bias for action and ability to get things done
• Experience with Adobe suite of tools, including Adobe Experience Platform, Adobe Audience Manager, Adobe Target, Adobe Analytics, Customer Journey Analytics, and other marketing technology platforms.
