We are seeking a Project Manager to join our Land Development team. We are working on some fantastic projects and have more projects on the horizon.

We are looking for a collaborative individual with knowledge and experience in residential and commercial master planned development projects to our already talented team.

Keys to Success :

  • Plan, provide design guidance, and manage a variety of civil engineering projects.
  • Communicate with clients regarding current projects and identify and position the firm to successfully win future work.
  • Effectively supervise technical staff to deliver projects.
  • Prepare and manage project scope, budget, schedule and meet deliverables.
  • Assist in developing and ensuring compliance with QA / QC protocols.
  • Ensure all project deliverables adhere to established corporate standards.
  • Assist with business development efforts to cultivate strong client relationships.

Qualifications :

  • Registered PE in the states of Washington and / or Oregon
  • Experience in Pierce County, WA and Tacoma, WA a plus
  • Experience in residential and commercial master planned development projects
  • Able to work in a multidisciplinary and collaborative environment with engineers, surveyors, landscape architects, and other disciplines
  • Experience mentoring civil project engineers and EITs
  • Experience in AutoCAD Civil 3D
  • Experience in specification writing and engineering cost estimate preparations
  • Business development experience and interest in helping to drive client relationships and new work with existing and new clients
  • Current driver’s license and ability to be insured to drive company vehicles may be required

Please note that the salary information shown below is a general guideline only. Salaries are based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as various market and business considerations.

The wage range for this position is $115,000 - $135,000 annually.

Full time employees receive a well rounded benefit package including access to our company sponsored Medical, Dental, Vision, FSA, and Supplemental Life Insurance plans.

100% company paid Life Insurance, Short Term Disability, and Long Term Disability coverage. Employees are eligible to participate in our company 401k plan with up to a 4% match Additionally, employees also receive paid vacation time, paid sick time, and 11 paid holidays.

MacKay Sposito pays for expenses associated with licensure as well as annual profit sharing bonuses.

We understand that life happens so we work to offer flexibility in the workplace. Our team members can choose to work up to two days per week from their home office.
