Tarkett Sports is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Contract Administrator to join the legal department. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in managing and overseeing various contractual aspects of our business relationships.
Responsibilities :
- Review, draft, redline, and negotiate a variety of contracts, including project contracts, supply contracts, leases, customer service contracts, and RFPs to ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
- Routinely work with Project Managers to review, negotiate, and finalize project related contracts, including review and compliance with labor, insurance, and bond requirements.
- Collaborate with internal departments, including legal, sales, operations, and finance teams to facilitate the contract approval process and ensure fulfillment of contract requirements.
- Maintain accurate and organized contract records, tracking key dates and milestones.
- Address contract-related queries and concerns from both internal and external parties.
- Participate in project related issues and contract dispute resolution to provide legal support as needed.
- Update and manage the contract database, which is used to track and analyze active contract and upcoming expiration.
- Other duties as assigned.
