Job Summary : An Employee Dining Attendant at Black Desert Resort is responsible for ensuring the employee dining area is clean, well-stocked, and provides a pleasant dining experience for staff.
This position reports to the Employee Dining Room Supervisor or Food & Beverage Manager and ensures that all food and beverage offerings are presented attractively and maintained throughout meal periods.
Job Specification : Location : Onsite at Black Desert Resort Shift & Schedule : Year-Round / Full Time Pay Range : $16 - $18 Individual compensation decisions are based on experience and qualifications.

Set up food and beverage stations, ensuring all items are presented attractively and are replenished as needed. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining room, including clearing and cleaning tables, disposing of trash, and restocking supplies.
Monitor food quality and ensure that all items meet the resort’s standards. Assist with basic food preparation tasks such as assembling salads, sandwiches, and other simple dishes.
Communicate effectively with kitchen staff to ensure timely replenishment of food items. Provide excellent customer service to employees, addressing any requests or concerns promptly and courteously.
Follow all health and safety regulations and company policies. Assist with the setup and breakdown of dining areas before and after meal periods.
Participate in staff meetings and training sessions to stay updated on service standards and procedures. Qualifications Preferred Qualifications and Skills : Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work efficiently under pressure and handle multiple tasks. Friendly and approachable demeanor with a passion for providing excellent customer service.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards is a plus. Ability to handle the physical demands of the job, including standing for extended periods and lifting and carrying supplies.
Willingness to follow instructions and take on new challenges. Compensation Range The compensation for this position is $16.
