The Hotel Concierge is responsible for theoverall satisfaction of guests by offering prompt and friendlypersonal & building assistance providing convenientamenities and executing daily activities.
They will be creating awelcoming environment and providing current information about thelocal area attractions and events.
Hotel Concierge is alsoresponsible for greeting guests assisting with questions andproviding recommendations and directions to restaurants attractionsand events in the area.
Support with any other tasks within thedivision and / or any tasks assigned to by the managementteam.
Qualifications :
- 2 yearsof Concierge experience in a luxurysetting required
- College degreepreferred; High School diploma required.
- Mustbe proficient in Windows and must have a valid driverslicense for the applicable state.
- Must haveextensive knowledge of the area and be able to give directionsclearly.
