One of our leading clients is searching for a temp to hire AP Supervisor. As the AP Supervisor, you will play a critical role in ensuring accurate and efficient AP operations.
This position is onsite. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. Expected starting base salary $32 to $38 per hour.
Job Description :
Ensure timely and accurate month-end closing procedures.
Assist with subledger balancing and monitor accrual needs.
Foster an environment of continuous process improvement.
Implement streamlining opportunities to enhance efficiency.
Participate in system testing to ensure compliance with internal controls.
Collaborate with the Accounts Payable Manager on daily activities.
Requirements :
Familiarity with SAP or other large-scale ERP systems.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
Experience :
1+ years overseeing Accounts Payable (AP) staff.
Experience handling high volume AP processes in a large company setting.
