WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR :

High school diploma or equivalent
Excellent customer service skills
Strong communication and organizational skills
A quick and eager learner and team worker
Must be proficient with computer programs
Medical billing experience preferred, not required

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING :

Verify and input insurance information
Communicate with patients, follow up, and handle issues
Contact insurance companies regarding patient accounts
Update demographics
Transmit claims
Charge review
Submit appeals to insurance companies as needed to secure payments on claim

LOCATION & SCHEDULE :

26834 Lawrence Ave. Center Line, MI
Monday-Friday 8 : 30 AM - 5 : 00 PM

REMOTE / HYBRID TERMS :

Must train on-site
Hybrid, remote, and flex schedule options available after training
