Our client, a local commercial real estate firm, is seeking an on-site temporary-to-hire Leasing Consultant to support their team in Rosslyn, VA!
About You :
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- 1+ years of experience in customer service-related fields such as hospitality, retail, or restaurants (property and / or marketing experience is a plus).
- Outstanding sales skills and a passion for providing exceptional customer experiences.
- Strong aptitude for computer systems and software.
- Excellent oral / written communication and interpersonal skills.
The Job :
- Act as the face of the building.
- Work with tenants, talk through leases, set up follow-up appointments, and respond to resident requests.
- Conduct tours for prospective residents and ensure a smooth move-in experience.
- Community / resident event planning and flyer creation.
- Other tasks / responsibilities as needed.
This is a 100% on-site temporary-to-hire position that pays $19.50 / hr (and up to $10K in commission). There is also a $2,500 bonus upon conversion (after 90 days).
