What you'll do :
- Deliver exceptional client service, from greeting guests to scheduling meetings.
- Provide proactive administrative support, with a focus on litigation.
- Maintain strict confidentiality and attention to detail.
- Prepare and review documents, and manage files efficiently.
- Interact professionally with court personnel and attorneys.
- Draft, file, and manage litigation documents.
What you need :
- 4+ years of experience as a Litigation Legal Assistant.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with legal software is a plus.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to prioritize with urgency.
- Knowledge of the litigation process and court operations.
