Major responsibilities
- Correspond with clients and opposing counsel
- Analyze and summarize legal documents
- Legal research and drafting of a wide range of legal documents
- Supporting attorneys and staff within the practice groups department

Requirements
- Attention to detail and proven ability to follow standard procedures is a requirement
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills (verbal, written, and listening)
- Wide ranging experience with Discrimination Laws
- Strong familiarity with California Labor Law
- Well-founded grasp of Legal Advice
- Good understanding of Employment Discrimination
- General familiarity with employee handbook
- Solid understanding of Licensed Attorney
- Employment law experience preferred
- Practical knowledge of Labor Relations
- Skills in FLSA
- Earlier work involving Discrimination Laws
- Proven knowledge of employment law
- Quality experience with Collective Bargaining Agreements
- Employer employment law experience highly desired
- Command of labor law
- Previous experience working with Retaliation
- Licensed attorney
- Must possess analytical, legal research and writing skills
- Ability to thrive in a high-paced environment, requiring exceptional organizational skills, juggling client matters, and adhering to strict deadlines
- Excellent academic credentials and references
