As the Sales Manager you will play a pivotal role in driving growth and market presence. Your responsibilities extend beyond traditional sales management;

you’ll be a catalyst for collaboration, harnessing software capabilities, and unlocking team potential. We envision this role as a stepping stone for advancement within our organization.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Sales Strategy : Develop and execute strategic sales initiatives to achieve revenue targets.
  • Marketing Collaboration : Foster cross-departmental collaboration to enhance marketing strategies.
  • Industrial Automation Expertise : Leverage your understanding of industrial automation technologies and market dynamics.
  • Leadership : Inspire and motivate sales teams toward common goals.
  • Effective Communication : Present data effectively, provide candid input, and drive improvements.
  • ISO 9001 Compliance : Demonstrate adherence to ISO 9001 standards in daily work activities.

Qualifications :

  • Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, engineering, or related field (preferred).
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in sales management.
  • Proven success in sales and marketing roles within the industrial automation or manufacturing industry.
  • Strong mechanical troubleshooting skills and ability to interpret technical drawings.
  • Proficiency in CRM and Microsoft applications (strong Excel skills mandatory).
