Job Description : As a Graphic Designer at Davidson Homes, you will be responsible for overseeing and executing a variety of design projects, ensuring they meet our high standards of excellence.

You will work closely with our team to create compelling visual materials that support our sales and marketing initiatives.

This is a hybrid position based in Huntsville, Alabama.

Key Responsibilities : Lead the design and production of site maps, ensuring accuracy and visual appeal.Develop and produce marketing collateral for sales offices, including brochures, flyers, and signage.

Design and create wall maps and other large-format graphics for display in sales offices and model homes.Collaborate with the marketing team to produce digital and print materials that align with our brand guidelines.

Oversee the production of various print and digital assets, ensuring high-quality output and timely delivery.Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.

Provide creative direction and mentorship to junior designers and production artists.Work closely with the Senior Designer and other team members to brainstorm and develop new design concepts.

Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve our design processes.Qualifications :

Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.Minimum of 5 years of experience in a senior design role, preferably within the homebuilding or real estate industry.

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design projects, including site maps, marketing collateral, and large-format graphics.

Excellent attention to detail and a strong sense of aesthetics.Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate effectively with colleagues and stakeholders.

Strong project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines.Experience with production work, including preparing files for print and managing print vendors.Benefits :
