Job Details
We are looking for an experienced Maintenance or Building Engineer with a background in commercial / medical office properties to help lead our Facilities Engineering department.
While we expect this to be an Area, or Roving, Maintenance position, we expect that the majority of your time will be spent onsite with one of our premier clients in the well-known Buckhead area of the city.
Our ideal candidate is well-rounded, can fix just about anything, but knows when it's time to call in the pros. Their major qualification would be calmness, charisma and the knowledge needed to put even the most frazzled tenants' nerves at ease.
After all, they're just people at work trying to do their best just like the rest of us.
