In this role, you’ll play a crucial part in ensuring our HR processes run smoothly, with a focus on maintaining accurate records, assisting in recruitment and onboarding, and addressing any issues that arise.

Key Responsibilities :
- Maintain and update filing systems for employee records and training files.
- Assist with HR administration tasks, including onboarding, background checks, compliance, recruiting, and orientation.
- Screen calls, take messages, and respond to routine and non-routine questions.
- Handle confidential and non-routine information with professionalism and discretion.
- Communicate effectively and professionally, ensuring all interactions reflect dignity and respect.
Requirements :
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to manage sensitive and confidential situations with tact, professionalism, and diplomacy.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficient with Google Suite or related software.
- Ability to quickly learn payroll management software, HRIS, and similar applications.
Education and Experience :
- Associate’s degree in a related field preferred or equivalent experience.
- Prior office experience in a related field required.
Physical Requirements :
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Ability to lift up to 15 pounds occasionally.
