Job Title : Financial Services Representative / Call Center Representative

Work Schedule : 37.5 Hours / week, 8 AM - 5 PM CT Monday to Friday
Pay Range : $20 - $23 / hr

As a key member of our customer service team, you'll play a vital role in helping clients navigate their financial needs.
Key Responsibilities :
- Customer Service : Provide top-notch customer support via phone and email, addressing inquiries and resolving issues related to financial products and services.
- Sales : Actively promote a full range of financial products, identifying and meeting client needs to drive sales and deepen relationships.
- Problem Solving : Utilize strong problem-solving skills to efficiently resolve client issues and provide satisfactory solutions.
- Product Knowledge : Maintain a deep understanding of our financial products and services to effectively assist clients and recommend suitable options.
- Digital Proficiency : Leverage digital tools and technologies to enhance customer interactions and streamline processes.
Qualifications :
- Experience : 2+ years of customer service experience.
- Skills : Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong problem-solving abilities, and a customer-centric mindset.
- Education : Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.
