Job Description
The HR Business Partner provides HR and administrative support as the primary contact for HR-related queries across employee levels.
Responsibilities include understanding HR processes, managing administrative tasks, responding to internal and external inquiries, and fostering positive relations across the organization.
This role demands knowledge of core HR areas, including performance management, employee engagement, and employment law, alongside proactive problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities :
Serve as a contact for policy, procedures, and HR inquiries.
Respond to HR inquiries (phone, email, in-person) with accuracy, confidentiality, and adherence to procedures.
Maintain confidentiality and display diplomacy across employee levels.
Conduct employee relations investigations and escalate issues to the HR Director.
Perform exit interviews and analyze feedback.
Coach and guide leadership on policies.
Collaborate with leadership on performance management, corrective actions, and documentation.
Generate reports and presentations on HR metrics.
Resolve employee HR-related questions.
Support performance management planning and reviews.
Assist with training sessions (virtual / in-person) as needed.
Perform back-office HR tasks, including data entry, mailings, filing, and correspondence.
Maintain employment records for pay changes, promotions, terminations, etc.
Support other HR functions and perform additional duties as assigned.

Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field
2+ years of HR experience
HR support experience for 100+ employees
SHRM-CP preferred
