We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounting Technician to join their team. WHAT YOU’LL DO : As an Accounting Technician, you will play a vital role in supporting the finance department and ensuring smooth financial operations.
Your responsibilities will include : Processing invoices, payments, and other financial transactions. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records.
Assisting with payroll and accounts payable / receivable. Reconciling bank statements and ensuring financial discrepancies are addressed.
Assisting with monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports. Supporting the accounting team with data entry and other administrative tasks as needed.
Responding to internal inquiries related to financial matters. Assisting with audits and ensuring compliance with financial regulations.
REQUIREMENTS : To excel in this role, you should meet the following requirements : Previous experience in an accounting or bookkeeping role is preferred but not required.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and accounting software. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Attention to detail and the ability to maintain confidentiality. Knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations is a plus.
