Key Responsibilities
Design and implement automated lifecycle campaigns for lead nurturing and re-engagement
Create and manage segmented engagement programs and quarterly updates
Build and optimize outbound sales sequences while ensuring database hygiene
Required Qualifications
3+ years of experience in lifecycle, growth, or marketing automation roles in B2B SaaS, media, or tech
Expertise in email marketing and copywriting
Proven experience with marketing automation platforms, preferably HubSpot
Strong understanding of lead nurturing, segmentation, and personalization strategies
Analytical mindset with the ability to design experiments and optimize performance
