Key Responsibilities
Design and enhance user experience for dormant leads across reactivation efforts
Manage campaigns and trigger flows to maximize re-engagement and revenue growth
Propose new channels and triggers based on research to improve reactivation success
Required Qualifications
4+ years of experience in CRM or Lifecycle Marketing
5+ years in Email Marketing, Demand Generation, or Growth Marketing
2+ years in leadership roles with team management experience
Basic knowledge of SQL, Email Marketing, SEO, and SEM
Degree in a quantitative field (e.g., STEM, Economics, etc.)
