Key Responsibilities
Design and lead customer education programs, including onboarding and product webinars
Manage the monthly customer newsletter and oversee the Customer Advisory Board program
Collaborate with sales and product marketing to align customer marketing initiatives with business objectives
Required Qualifications
7+ years of experience in customer marketing, customer success, or B2B marketing
Proven success in building and scaling customer programs for retention and advocacy
Experience in designing customer education and executive engagement initiatives
Strong program management skills to handle multiple live programs
Familiarity with customer marketing platforms such as HubSpot and Gainsight
