Job Description
Help development team with the implementation and customization of Dynamic 365 and Power Platform applications.
- Creating and maintaining documentation such as knowledge base articles, FAQs, and troubleshooting guides to help users self-serve and address common issues independently.
- Customize and configure Dynamic 365 and Power Platform applications to align with organizational needs.
- Implement and manage security settings, permissions, and data access controls within the Power Platform.
- Set up and manage environments to facilitate organized development, testing, and deployment of Power Platform applications.
Job Qualifications :
- 5 years of experience as a cloud administrator with hands on experience administering Microsoft 365 and Microsoft Power Platform components.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Power Platform products including Dynamic 365, Power BI, Power Apps, and Power Automate.
- Strong understanding of data visualization principles, data modeling, and business intelligence concepts.
- Experience with troubleshooting technical issues, analyzing logs, and debugging software applications.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Azure services, particularly Azure Active Directory, Azure SQL Database, and Azure Functions.
- Ability to navigate and utilize Microsoft documentation, forums, and support resources effectively.
SALARY RANGE : 100K - 115K Per Annum
