Key Responsibilities :

• Lead Generation / Qualification : Develop and execute targeted marketing campaigns to attract and convert qualified leads.
• Marketing Automation : Implement and optimize automated workflows to nurture leads and improve customer experiences.
• Paid Advertising : Manage paid search, display, and social media campaigns for maximum ROI.
• SEO : Conduct technical SEO audits and implement strategies to improve search engine rankings.
• Conversion Optimization : Conduct A / B testing and data-driven optimization to improve website and campaign performance.
• Reporting & Analytics : Analyze campaign data to measure effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
• CRM Management : Accurately track and manage leads within our CRM system, ensuring data accuracy and up-to-date information.
• Sales Support : Provide sales teams with qualified leads and relevant information to facilitate successful sales conversations.
• Market Research : Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activities, and target market preferences.

Preferred Qualifications & Knowledge :

• You have 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on lead generation and marketing automation.
• You’re a pro with marketing tools, HubSpot, GA4, Canva, SharePoint, Microsoft Dynamics.
• You’ve got a data-driven mindset, and nothing excites you more than diving into the numbers to optimize performance.
• Proven experience in lead generation and marketing campaigns.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Analytical mindset and ability to interpret data.
• Creative problem-solving skills.
