Digital Marketing Specialist

Saige Partners is seeking a passionate and results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to enhance our client's brand across all digital channels.

This key role involves developing, implementing, and executing strategic digital marketing plans and campaigns, as well as conducting marketing research to analyze behavior trends.

The ideal candidate will manage our websites, social media, paid online advertising, email and text communications, and overall online user / member experience.

Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with all levels of management are essential.

This is a Direct Hire role.

What you will be doing as a Digital Marketing Specialist

• Develop and execute engaging online campaigns, content creation, social media management, and paid advertising.
• Analyze data to understand behavior trends and refine marketing strategies to effectively reach target audiences.
• Stay updated on social media, website, and digital marketing trends, incorporating relevant techniques into our campaigns.
• Build and maintain analytics and reporting methods to measure ROI and marketing effectiveness.
• Develop and maintain relationships with digital partners and vendors.
• Monitor online reviews and social media presence, responding professionally to maintain a positive reputation.
• Oversee internal and external communications through various digital channels, ensuring clear and effective messaging.
• Manage all aspects of the company website, including SEO strategies and analytics to optimize user experience and engagement.
• Create and manage an annual content calendar, promoting brand recognition and engaging with followers across platforms.
• Assist in public relations activities and community development initiatives to enhance our presence in existing and new markets.
• Support product / service launches with training materials and member communications.
• Propose recommendations while adhering to budget parameters and planning goals.

Skills you ideally bring to the table as a Digital Marketing Specialist

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field, or equivalent certifications.
• 2-4 years of experience with digital marketing tools (e.g., Google Search Console, SEMrush, Google Analytics).
• 3-5 years of experience in website and social media management.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Strong knowledge of SEO, content marketing, PPC, and SEM.
• Willingness to work evenings and weekends as needed.
• Excellent time management, communication, and organizational skills.
• Outgoing personality with a professional demeanor.
• Ability to work under pressure and make decisions effectively.
