Position Overview :

We are seeking a dynamic & results-driven Enterprise Account Executive to join our Sales Team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, nurturing, & closing high-value sales opportunities with enterprise-level clients.

You will leverage your deep understanding of SEO technology, website monitoring, & digital marketing to develop strategic relationships & drive revenue growth.

The ideal candidate is a proactive self-starter with a proven track record of exceeding sales targets.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Identify & target enterprise-level prospects through researching, networking & opportunity creation
  • Define & execute sales plans for assigned enterprise-level prospect accounts to meet & exceed quota & grow market share through prospecting, qualifying, managing & closing sales opportunities
  • Develop & manage sales pipeline to move strategic transactions through the sales process
  • Effectively articulate the value proposition & ROI of our product offerings to a range of stakeholders
  • Conduct in-depth needs analysis to understand prospect requirements & demonstrate the Conductor platform solutions
  • Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting through deal close
  • Prepare & deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, & product demonstrations.
  • Maintain accurate & up-to-date records of sales activities & client interactions in our CRM system (Salesforce)
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing & customer success, to ensure a seamless customer experience
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitive landscape, & emerging technologies to effectively position our offerings
  • Maintain In-depth knowledge of Conductors products & services

Qualifications :

  • Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent experience
  • Minimum of 6 years of selling experience (SDR experience will be considered) in B2B Enterprise SaaS
  • Enterprise experience in Martech or SEO / optimization would be helpful
  • Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, & presentation skills
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate, present, & influence credibly & effectively at all levels of the organization, including executive & C-level
  • Process driven, meticulously organized & self-motivated with a high level of initiative & the ability to work independently.
  • Proficient in using CRM software & sales productivity tools
  • High emotional intelligence (EQ) that drives empathy, negotiation, & problem-solving
  • Willingness to travel as needed

Compensation : Conductor maintains competitive, performance-based compensation programs.

The base salary range for this role is currently $100,000 - $125,000 / year.

Actual base salary offered may vary within this range based on education, knowledge, skills, abilities, relevant experience, internal equity, & geographic location, among other factors.

The actual compensation, if offered a position, will be based on these factors.

Variable compensation : In addition to the base salary, this role is also eligible for a variable bonus based on attainment of quota & performance targets.

This position is an 50 / 50 split.
