As we continue to grow, we are seeking a Client Service Trainee to support these new partnerships. The Client Service Trainee will be responsible for managing both existing and new customers provided by our clientele through a lead-generated database.
Responsibilities of the Client Service Trainee : Stay updated on new client products, services, sales promotions, and policies in collaboration with management staff Engage with clients in a professional and friendly manner, actively addressing their concerns and resolving issues promptly Offer tailored service and product solutions during individual meetings with customers and clients Handle confidential customer information with discretion and according to client compliance and privacy policies Identify areas for improvement to enhance consumer and client satisfaction, reporting suggestions to management Represent our organization and clients professionally in all business interactions Qualifications for the Client Service Trainee : 1-2 years of experience in a client or customer-facing role Ability to follow directions and thrive in a team-oriented environment Tech-savvy with a quick grasp of new software programs and updates Strong organizational, time management, and prioritization abilities Excellent communication skills and high emotional intelligence Values transparency, honesty, and ethical conduct Note : Comprehensive training and mentorship are provided for all junior positions within our organization. #LI-Onsite Powered by JazzHR
