What's on offer :
- Between $140k - $180k salary
- Up to 50% commission
- Preferably hybrid in Houston but happy to consider remote
- Local and international execution support
What we’re looking for :
- A high level contingent or retained specialist looking to learn from industry leaders who can introduce you to the world of higher fees and exclusive searches
- Experience in the Energy, Oil & Gas or Engineering Search space
- A driven, money motivated individual, able to win new business
- 4+ years full desk staffing experience
- $400k+ annual billings
- Retained or Contingent experience
