At a Glance :
Analyze, Review and Interpret Operational Rig activity to accurately recognize revenue. Review and understand Rig Contracts in relation to recording Revenue and invoicing Operators
What you will do :
Collaborate with Sales, Administrators, Operations and the Performance groups to ensure accurate revenue captured for all Performance and Nonperformance Contracts
Analyze daily tour reports for assigned rigs to apply contractually agreed upon rates to invoices.
Understand drilling operations and their relation to contractual rates
Track and update expected term expirations dates of contracts understanding the nuances of Rig Contracts
Accurately calculate and provide when needed term remaining on Contracts and Penalty Amounts
Review, analyze and assist Contract Maintenance team with draft amendment letters to ensure billing and audit compliance
Execute updates of signed amendment letters to various systems and files to ensure revenue is recognized accurately
Ensure all rental items are billed for by updating additional charge table in Oracle and ensuring response from Admin on review completed
Reconcile and Account for variances between bid and actual revenues on a per rig basis each month
Update Oracle with Operator specific submission data
Create and maintain Pricebooks containing contractual revenue and part numbers for Operators
Assist Accounts Receivable Collections Group with invoice disputes, when necessary
Ensure contractual performance bonuses are billed accurately and timely on Contracts with performance incentives
Create new Projects in Oracle for the latest signed contracts
Review Pason and WellData daily for well changes and update Oracle with new Tasks
Export rig hours daily / regularly in CIM
Ensure compliance with SOX requirements
Maintain accuracy of Contract Bids
Track and maintain unbilled revenue accruals on Teams monthly
Maintain additional charge spreadsheet and communicate with field on changes
Update HPC for additional equipment selected by Operators
Bill for Damaged Pipe, as needed
Review and approve 3rd party invoices for contractual and submission requirements for various Operators
Meet all deadlines given by management
What you need :
Bachelors in Accounting, Finance or Business preferred.
Highly motivated, self-starting individual able to manage to daily activities with little supervision in a fast-paced environment
Experience with Oracle, Viper +, OpenInvoice, Pason, WellData, and CIM are a plus
Ability to effectively collaborate as a strong team player with individuals and teams across the company
Highly analytical with demonstrated quantitative skills
Proficient with Microsoft Office products including advanced Excel skills
Ability to organize and work on multiple activities which require close attention to detail
