Summary :
Our global travel group is looking for a Travel Program Specialist to act as the overall Lead, Manager, and Administrator for multiple programs and marketing projects within our organization including, but not limited to, a Loyalty Program and a subscription-based CRM Platform.
The Travel Program Coordinator will be collaborating with teams both within and outside of the organization and will be the primary interface and point of contact for marketing program / project issues and is expected to shape customer expectations, monitor and analyze program performance.
REMOTE / MUST RESIDE IN FLORIDA
Qualifications :
- Experience as a Marketing Program Coordinator
- Travel Industry Background (strongly preferred)
- Thorough understanding of project / program management techniques and methods
- Ability to evaluate program performance
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office as well as of program / project management software
- Outstanding collaboration, organizational, time-management, and facilitation skills
- Excellent communication skills and problem-solving ability
- BSc / BA degree in a related field
