Responsibilities :
- Prospect and engage potential clients through direct sales efforts, including in-person meetings, presentations, and networking.
- Sell health, life, and other insurance products tailored to client needs.
- Serve as a trusted advisor for clients, educating them on insurance options, coverage details, and benefits.
- Maintain a proactive sales pipeline and consistently meet or exceed sales targets.
- Build and nurture long-term client relationships for future growth.
- Stay updated on industry trends to effectively sell relevant solutions.
- Assist clients with benefit-related questions as needed, ensuring smooth enrollment and ongoing support.
Qualifications :
- Strong B2B sales experience, with a proven track record of closing deals and meeting sales targets.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, on-the-road sales environment.
- Experience in the employee benefits industry is a plus but not required.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working independently.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, or related field preferred.
Compensation :
- Base salary of $60,000 - $75,000, with a highly competitive commission structure.
- Uncapped earning potential as you grow your client base.
