Description and Requirements

The Customer Engagement Admin & Operations role is needed to assist in the planning and execution of all aspects of business-to-business briefings and events produced by Lenovo’s ISG Customer Engagement team.

Responsibilities also include event marketing, collaboration with our agency partners and budget management to support a quality customer experience across virtual and in-person events and briefings.

Responsibilities :

  • Support a compelling and distinct brand experience at our briefing center, via our virtual implementation (creative, layout) and onsite experience.
  • Manage agency partners and scope of work in support of Lenovo events and briefings.
  • Adhere to event and briefing deadlines and assist in developing plans and checklists.
  • Arranges and manages speakers, presenters and SME participation, and coordinates calendars to ensure flawless execution.
  • Coordinate event and briefing schedules with our Briefing Manager tool.
  • Ability to coordinate multiple briefings / events with prescriptive attention to detail and deadlines.
  • Develops and maintains briefing-related web presence.
  • Coordinates with extended teams to communication calendar and enablement for upcoming briefings and events.
  • Update and maintain the briefing checklist to ensure that execution of all briefing activities are smooth and quality meets or exceeds expectations.
  • Effectively collaborates with and provides information to multiple internal and external persons.
  • Manage within an established budget and become familiar with procurement, Anaplan and the budget management process.
  • Capture and provide proof-of-execution for partner funding programs.
  • Maintain a regular reporting cadence for ISG activities.
  • Develop a working knowledge of Lenovo’s infrastructure portfolio.

Basic Requirements :

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Microsoft Office 365 skills including Teams, Excel, and PowerPoint skills required.
  • 1+ years experience in an administrative or operations role, briefing center, or execution of industry events.

Preferred Requirements :

  • During briefings and in-person events must have the willingness to work flexible hours.
  • Ability to travel when required (approximately 5%).
