We are in the search of a Project Coordinator to join our team in the high tech engineering industry located in Seattle, Washington.
This role offers a long-term contract employment opportunity where you will be responsible for a variety of tasks including processing customer applications, maintaining accurate customer records, and resolving customer inquiries.
Responsibilities :
- Facilitate and coordinate project activities and ensure project phases are documented appropriately
- Utilize CRM to manage customer interactions and data
- Manage and maintain executive schedules, including scheduling travel and conferences, making appointments, and making changes to appointments
- Oversee the organization's correspondence, including calls, emails, and letters
- Coordinate and set up high-level conference calls, board meetings, and special events
- Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders on all matters pertaining to ongoing projects
- Use project management tools like ADP and Kronos Timekeeping System to track project progress and report status to stakeholders
- Handle customer inquiries, escalating complex issues to relevant departments
- Use Concur for expense management related to project costs.
- Possession of a degree or relevant certification in a related field
- Proven experience in a similar role within the Hi Tech Engineering industry
- Proficiency in CRM software and other relevant technological tools
- Excellent skills in calendar management and scheduling
- Strong communication abilities, both written and verbal
- Experience in coordinating conference calls and managing correspondence
- Ability to work well in a team and collaborate effectively with various departments
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities
- Familiarity with industry standards and project management methodologies
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- High level of professionalism and ethical conduct.
