Job Summary :
The Maintenance Technician is a safety sensitive position that ensures the operational integrity of plant equipment by performing maintenance, repairs, and replacements.
You will follow the already set safety rules and maintenance steps. You will report to the Maintenance Supervisor and belong to the Rotating Equipment / Millwright team and work onsite.

- Install, maintain, and repair machinery and equipment using various tools and equipment.
- Follow precise specifications in maintaining and troubleshooting plant machinery, including pumps, turbines, and compressors.
- Maintain a safe and clean working environment, including the upkeep of tools and equipment.
- Conduct diagnostic and preventive maintenance on mechanical components.
- Use diagnostic skills to identify and resolve equipment issues.
- Align shafts using appropriate measurement tools.
- Interpret repair manuals, procure parts, and follow manufacturer guidelines.
- Complete safe rigging and material handling operations.
- Contribute to tasks requiring climbing, use of safety gear, and operation of lifting devices.
- Coordinate with team members and provide training to peers as experience is gained.
- Follow directives and accomplish tasks independently.
You Have :
- High School diploma or equivalent; post-secondary technical education is advantageous.
- 2+ years of experience as a Maintenance Technician or Mechanic working with rotating equipment.
- Availability for overtime and emergency callouts.
- Physical ability to stand, walk, climb, and lift up to 80 lbs.
- Foster collaborative relationships.
